WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry to join our Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and applications that drive impactful business decisions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Working closely with the business areas and the IT team, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for the following:
• Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintain and develop additional features to applications built in Foundry.
• Provide support and recommendations to user of the application built in Foundry.
• Develop data models and ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage.
• Integrate enterprise data sources, such as ERP systems, to enrich datasets and support sales, operational, and supply chain analysis.
• Support integration with external data sources and APIs, such as transportation API, weather API, etc.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, data quality, system, and performance issues with the IT team and external consultants.
• Develop and maintain geospatial databases, analyses, and applications.
• Design and implement machine learning models, and statistical analyses.
• Contribute to governance, security, and compliance practices in data handling.
• Perform ad-hoc, and exploratory analysis, to support business areas and operations.
• Create, maintain, and improve reports and data visualization tools that provide insights and support decision making process.
• Collaborate with data driven initiatives, and innovation projects.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related role.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and its tools (Ontology Manager, Workshop, Pipeline Builder, Contour, etc.), and/or with other data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, Looker, Tableau, PBI)
• Strong programming skills in Python, Typescript, and/or similar languages.
• Expert knowledge in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and versioning control tools.
• Experience with geospatial, and ML/LLM tools and workflows

Salary Range $85,000 - 95,000
