HR Data Coordinator

Job Purpose 
Reporting to the HR Data Lead, the HR Data Coordinator is responsible to centralize all SAP data for employees and ensure quality and timeless on processing it in the system. This role is responsible for gathering employee information from various sources and verify backup information is accepted as per controls aligned and enter it into our database.  
This position will also be a first point of contact for review and support on any issues that arise for data in SAP affecting other systems.
Key Responsibilities 
Review requests from HR team verify documents received to ensure it’s accurate, enter/update employee in SAP on time and accurate. 
Resolve any data entry-related issues, should they occur. 
Responsible for first investigation of integration issue if occur from data entered in SAP.
Regularly provide basic reports to HR team as required.
Answer HR team inquiries and reply to emails related to data update/documents required.
Participate in HR master data projects as it come up and role and responsibilities aligned for the project.

Skills and Education

Analytical mindset with ability to problem solve and prioritize;

Ability to identify opportunities on processes driving improvements and efficiencies;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others;

Minimum High school or college diploma

1-2 years experience in HR

SAP ECP system knowledge is an asset

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

French is an asset
