WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

 

The HR Business Partner supports the rollout of HR and Corporate Functions programs and transformation initiatives, helping employees, managers, and teams adopt new ways of working. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role supporting change activities, training and onboarding programs, and day‑to‑day program coordination.

This opportunity is well suited for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with people, coordinating initiatives, supporting change, and gaining exposure to transformation projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of the HR/Corporate transformation roadmap, including coordination, communications, and adoption activities.
  • Track timelines, milestones, and action items for HR programs and change initiatives.
  • Support HR projects by coordinating meetings, managing follow‑ups, keeping documentation up to date and organizing deliverables.
  • Assist with change activities that help employees and managers understand and adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Support the coordination of training and onboarding programs, with a focus on change readiness and manager enablement.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participation tracking.
  • Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on transformation initiatives and new programs.
  • Support HR Partnership team on employee relations efforts and adminstrative tasks.
  • Partern with Communication and Brand team on efforts related to employee initiatives and changes.
  • Support additional Organizational Development (O&D) activities as required, based on business needs and project priorities.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support HR initiatives and training activities across locations

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 + experience in HR, ideally in a generalist, coordinator, or HRBP support role.
  • 5 + experience supporting HR programs, onboarding, training coordination, or HR projects.
  • Project coordination experience with strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication and influencing skills; comfortable working with managers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Prosci Change Management (OCM) certification (nice to have)
  • French language skills (nice to have)

    Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000

     

    Location: Toronto, Ontario
