Summary/Job Scope:

Lawn maintenance and general upkeep of grounds at site. Also will be a backup to the batcher and loader positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of job following company safety rules.
• Daily break down of forms for blocks and moving blocks to designated area.
• General lawn maintenance as needed to present a professional appearance.
• General maintenance inside and outside of site. Relay any maintenance and safety issues.
• Secondary loader operator as needed.
• Forklift operation as needed.
• Assigned to projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Skills - 

• Ability to operate machinery at the site, for example a forklift and other equipment at the site.
• Must have clean drivers license

Education/Experience -  

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years old

Knowledge (technical/practical/managerial) –

• Forklift knowledge a plus

Salary Range: $24.00-$28.00/hr
