Summary: Provides comprehensive administrative support and covers multiple complex responsibilities in order to ensure smooth running of Operations daily agenda and handling of priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedules interview for operations recruiting and follows the recruiting cycle of scheduling clinic appointments and initiating onboarding documents
- Communicates with job applicants regarding employment and application status
- Maintain applicant flow log
- Maintain special projects logs -ex: wind farm projects
- Receives, sorts and interprets documents and data for entry into system (Good Receipts and Delivery Tickets)
- Assists with completion of credit applications for new customers and submits to credit department for processing
- Prepares COD's for deposit and balances COD report
- Communicate with customers invoice questions, provide copies of invoices or tickets, credit applications
- Summarizes employee timecard information and submits accurate and timely data for weekly payroll
- Create reports and letters as directed
- Other duties may be assigned
- Occasional travel to other office may be required
*Hourly position
$21.00-$23.00

Education and/or Experience: Secondary education in Business Administration preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Problem solving skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of computer software’s Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
