Summary/Job Scope: Office Coordinator

Purpose of Position: Responsible for assisting plants with ordering of/managing multiple services, including water, chloride, uniforms, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answers phones and directs calls.
• Manage daily fuel reports.
• Schedule office cleanings
• Scale check scheduling
• Monitoring the front door and directing visitors as needed.
• Order/monitoring kitchen and office supplies.
• Orders uniforms as required.
• Daily inter-co mail (ingoing and outgoing) as well as maintaining the mail service, reliable delivery (turn on/off when needed, missed pickups).
• Process Menards rebates
• Waste management calls
• Schedule septic tank services for three locations (Brighton, Novi, and Ann Arbor) regarding septic tank services, porta john’s, etc.

Qualifications and Education:

• Customer service skills
• Computer literate with spreadsheet skills-Microsoft Office is required.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent/GED
• Ability to read and write in English.

SALARY:

$21-23/hr
