Job description
- Helpful to have knowledge of concrete applications industry practices
- Takes order from customer and enters correct information into Command System.
- Sells the company and sells the value added products.
- Keeps schedule graph current.
- Obtains proper directions to job and any special circumstances.
- Responsible for on-time delivery and avoids over-booking.
- Interacts closely with customer service/sales/operations teams
- Advanced computer skills with the ability multi-task (ie. Take a phone order while entering information into the system)
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to read and write
- Customer service experience
- Ability to read a map and coordinate directions to job sites
- Good listening skills
- Good phone skills
- Ability to "think on their feet"
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
