Sales Representative

Description
Identify, nurture and maintain effective strategies to increase sales volume and overall market share for ready mix concrete products within our areas of operations.
Job Duties
  • Identify, develop and maintain new and existing customers.
  • Evaluate bid opportunities to determine the most cost-effective response and proposal.
  • Work closely with quality control team and purchasing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with quality control to determine cost effective methods to meet customer specifications.
  • Work to attain sales forecast and backlog for the ready-mix concrete and aggregate products that will enable the company to reach its' goals.
  • Visit jobs regularly to receive customer feedback and ensure customer specifications are being met.
  • Assist with accounts receivable as necessary.
  • Work with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
  • Attends trade shows.
  • Perform all aspects of the job Safely and Professionally.

Education/Experience: 
HS Diploma with industry experience, Associates Degree with no experience
Previous ready mix a plus, project management, blue print reading, estimating, concrete knowledge experience a plus
