Summary/Job Scope: Provide system administration, consulting, marketing communications, and data analysis to drive impactful outcomes for Prairie Materials. Responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of sales systems, extracting actionable insights from multiple data sources, and supporting marketing activities to achieve the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
System administration and maintenance of the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) platform:
- Responsibilities include gathering requirements, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with software development teams to design and implement tailored solutions. Subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to ensure the successful deployment and integration of the software.
- Facilitate comprehensive training sessions and offer technical support in the utilization of the software.
- Collaborate closely with the software development team to identify and resolve issues encountered while using the program, contributing to ongoing enhancements and improvements for the benefit of all users.
- Proficiently create and distribute reports, delivering essential data and information to key users.
- Provide technical assistance and support to users encountering issues within the software.
- Actively manage and update budgets, material costs, and other variables to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Test and validate updates on new versions of software updates, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the company’s operational framework.
Leverage data-driven insights to create reports and inform strategic decision-making within the organization. Primary responsibility involves creating, extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data:
- Conduct data analysis using C4C, SAP BW, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Locate and analyze data to fulfill ad-hoc requests from management, sales, and other departments.
- Assist in business development of VC NARM.
Manage the planning and execution of marketing communications, coordinating efforts across diverse channels to optimize brand messaging and audience engagement:
- Social Media Manager. Oversee the social media presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities encompass content creation, scheduling, community management, and monitoring analytics.
- Support marketing efforts across various mediums including presentations, website, print, advertising, electronic, promotional items.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials and social media posts.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Function as the primary point of contact for matters pertaining to marketing communications, branding, and social media for Prairie.
- Ensure consistency of materials and adherence to VC global guidelines and compliance.
Build, administer, and present comprehensive forecast information for the company:
- Produce forecast reports tailored to various segments, including regional breakdowns and individual salesperson analyses.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation and review, ensuring alignment of forecasts with input from all sales representatives
- Generate detailed forecast reports and standardized templates to facilitate streamlined processes.
- Deliver precise and accurate information to senior management within strict timeframes.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive audit policies and procedures within the sales department, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements:
- Develop, follow, & review comprehensive sales policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to legal and industry regulations by regularly reviewing and updating sales practices.
- Create training materials and provide guidance to sales teams to ensure understanding and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the sales process through effective controls and monitoring mechanisms.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with sales policies, prepare compliance reports, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- Managing and maintaining diverse systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Provide strategic guidance and solutions to organizational members.
- Concrete industry knowledge a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in data analysis, marketing fundamentals, presentation, and system administration, with a strategic mindset and strong analytical abilities.
- Experience in SAP, C4C, Power BI, Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled in project leadership and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering customized solutions and strategic insights.
- Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with adaptability and a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge: Proficiency with C4C, Command, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SAP.

Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000
