Summary/Job Scope:

Keeps assets, maintenance records and orders up to date and in compliance.  Provides administrative support to the Materials Inventory Group. Provides troubleshooting and support for system and day to day computer tasks.  Ensures quality, consistency, and integrity of information within files and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracks and electronically files all purchase requisitions including receipts of parts and services
  • Scans, renames, and electronically files all orders
  • Generates and analyzes a variety of maintenance reports
  • Submits requisitions, performs service entry sheets, and enters valid receipts
  • Maintains and analyzes shared drive and mailbox
  • Reviews and tracks all past and current orders

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma plus 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to interpret reports to problem solve open order discrepancies
  • Interpersonal skills in responding to vendor inquiries
  • Communication skills required for collaboration between different departments to reconcile outstanding orders and receipt of goods/services.
  • Project management skills to recognize and deal with problems with minimal direction in a high profile and fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail in submitting and matching up receipts and requisitions
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs interchangeably
  • Proficient in MS Office applications to include Word, Excel (pivot tables, filters, and formulas), and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of SAP software

Salary Range: $27.84/hr to $34.80/hr
