Summary/Job Scope:

To provide prompt, efficient customer service and coordinate the needs of the customer with the availability of the company’s product and fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming customer calls.
• Taking, and inputting orders into the computer system.
• Coordinating the customers delivery needs with our fleet availability.
• Assisting customers with problems.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 
• Ability to write reports.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a group of managers, clients, customers and the general public. (Bi-Lingual – Spanish - Preferred)
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to everyday business situations.

Salary Range: $20/hr to $22/hr
